tough 7 miler only one in munster i think? not for the faint hearted. great challenge though well done to donoughmore ac def back next year. ps anyone hear of a 10k in clonakilty next friday night any details time location etc...
ReplyDeleteCracking race as per usual. Tough but extremely rewarding. The only downside was running out of t shirts despite the fact only 212 took part. All said for a tenner it was great value - chip timing, great spread, timers at every mile, well stewarded except between mile 5 and mile 6 where traffic picked up. That needs to be watched. Another plus was a exhaustive list of prizes.
