HSE Race celebrates 30 years...The HSE four-mile road race last Sunday was the 30th promotion of the event which started off as Our Lady’s Hospital 6½ mile race around the Lee Road-Straight Road and later became known as the Southern Health Board event. A number from the original race in November 1983 (pictured below) took part on Sunday, including Michael Dunne and race founder Jim Murray who finished first and second in the M65 category.
