Charity Trail run in Garretstown Wood...Tues 21st Aug 2012

For anyone that wants to go for a run this evening, there is a charity trail run at Garretstown Wood near Ballinspittle at 7:15pm, with all proceeds going to Down Syndrome Ireland. The run will be about 5km in length and will be on forest roads and paths. The route will be clearly marked with marshals at junctions.

Cost of entry is €7. Race timing will be provided and they will have refreshments afterwards. There  will also have some prizes for finishers.

Race start time is 7.15pm (please turn up by 6.45pm to register)
