Wed 11th July 2012......The Cork BHAA have their IPS/Garda 5k road race at the Marina in Cork City. Entry fee is the usual €5 for registered runners and €8 for non-reg. Entries at Lee Rowing Club next to Pairc Ui Chaoimh and the race starts at 8pm.
Friday 13th July 2012......The Ballyhoura Active Series continues with the Kilworth Camp 5 mile road race at 8pm. The race is on very quiet roads so it's an ideal spot. The entry fee is €10. The race notice is HERE and I will have a preview on this site on Friday.
Sunday 15th July 2012.....For those who want to try their hand at a track race, there is the John Buckley Sports graded league at the CIT track in Bishopstown. Race entry is €5 and you have a choice of either 800m or 5,000m....or both! ;o) .....as well as a choice of other events. More details HERE
