This video clip from the BBC programme Faster, Higher, Stronger looks at the history of the 100m sprint from the 1896 Olympic games in Athens to Usain Bolt today. For anyone with an interest in sprinting or athletics, it really is excellent. It's also almost an hour long! ;o)
