Interview with Rob and Marian Heffernan on RTE Radio...

On the 6th of December, there was an interview on the John Murray Show with Cork athletes Rob and Marian Heffernan. While Rob has already qualified for the Racewalking event in the London Olympics, Marian hopes to qualify as part of the womens 4 x 400 relay team. If she succeeds then they will be the first Irish husband and wife to qualify for the Olympics.

    Great to see Rob and Marian getting proper coverage on national radio, well deserved. It is also well over due for athletics and elite athletes nationally.
    Best of luck to them both in their Olympic mission!
