Category Results of Cork BHAA PTAA 5k...Wed 31st Aug 2011

This 5k race in Togher got just over 400 runners. The full results should be out in a few days......maybe early next week?

  1. I ran this 5k and i must say it was most enjoyable.Very well organised, nice warm shower afterwards. the fruit cake was divine. Well done to everyone involved.The BHAA are going from strenght to strenght.

  4. Some runners were greedy with the gorgeous home baking. Those who got to the hall early seemed to pile it up on their plates which was very unfair on those who came later. I did get the last slice of carrot cake which was really, really lovely!

    All the lovely cheerful supporters along the course were great too.

  5. Great race, really enjoyed it, nice fast course, really delighted with my time considering it was my first race over the distance.
    Was among the first back to the hall for food afterwards. I must agreed with the person who liked the carrot cake- all seven slices I had were absolutely gorgeous!!!
