  1. Well done to all concerned. Great location and a tough but fair course. Really enjoyed it. nice area as well for a race as no issue whatsoever with traffic. Hope it's a regular fixture for years to come.

  2. 1st race in 4 months and a tough one it would be a lot easier if they ran it the opposite direction the way you had it on your preview but other than that well organised.

Looking forward to the one they have added to their series a 5km in shanballymore north cork on august 27 a nice flat course with just one small hill.

  3. It was a beautiful location for the race. The road surface was rough for the first 500 yards or so, and after that it was perfect. The scenery was breathtaking, the hills were tough but fair, and the organisation was excellent. Well done to Fermoy-Grange AC for an excellently-run race. I really enjoyed it.

  4. Great race, well organised and no traffic at all. A fairly tough course with not much flat running. A fast first mile was immediately followed by a long slow climb that covered at least a mile, and the couse then repeated. No major steep hills but a challenging run. Hope to be back next year.

  6. Great race, enjoyed it. I've done many a lap of that 2.5mile loop myself in training a few years ago in hail rain sleet and sun. Nice to do a race on it.

Yes, It is used a lot by walkers and runners alike. Very little traffic passes up that road all day. 2.5 miles per circuit as well so just do as much as you feel like.
