Water Stations.......There will be 13 water stations on the course, with additional water available at the start of the half marathon and at the finish line. This year, the water will be a mix of bottles (250ml) and cups. Mains drinking water will be available at 5 stations across the course, so if you carry your own bottle you can fill up at any of these stations too.

5. Blackrock Castle Carpark (c. 11.5 miles) BOTTLES & Lucozade Sports
6. Railway Line at junction with Skehard Road (c. 14 miles) BOTTLES
7. Marina, Lee Rowing Club (c. 15.5 miles) & SPONGES
8. Curragh Road (c. 18 miles) & Lucozade Sports
9. The Lough (c. 19.5 miles) & SPONGES
10. Model Farm Road (c. 21 miles) BOTTLES
11. Inchigaggin Lane (c. 23 miles) BOTTLES & Lucozade Sports
12. Carrigrohane Road (c. 24 miles)
13. Mardyke, at Mardyke Bridge (c. 25 miles) BOTTLES
14. Finish Line: water & Fair Trade bananas

Sports Drinks.......The sports drink available will be Lucozade Sports..........The Lucozade will be in cups but you can ask for a bottle. One in Mahon (c mile 9), one at Musgrave Park (c 18) and one at about mile 22.
Just a note.........this year with 1000 extra Half-Marathon runners, the water stations from 17 miles onwards are going to be very busy. I just hope there are some Sports drinks for the slower runners.
