I was unsure about...Fantastic race, well done BHAA. I was unsure about doing the race because the last time I did it there was a massive crowd (600+) and queues at the finish line. Although this time it went so smooth it was hard to believe there was 960 runners. Awesome stuff...Gun-to-line chip timing was perfect. No real queue to register. A massive feed of sandwiches afterwards. A guy runs past the queue, says sorry lads, and skips at least ten places in front of us. All too polite to say anything, of course. The point is its a race and your finishing position is more important than your time. The problem with having roughly 1000 runners in a 5k race is that there are too many people finishing in a short space of time.
