Have to echo the previous comments - the kids band on the route was brilliant, and the spread of food afterwards was fit for a wedding. Plenty stewards and guards helping out with the race too. Cannot understand how this run doesn't attract more than 200 runners. Great scenery along the course, which is a bonus for slowies like me! Spread after was superb, I'm sure I saw what looked like smoked salmon vol au vents! And a unique factor of this race was the course was only 5 miles long, as per the race flier! There was great support along the route - locals take a bow. The spread of food in the school was the best I have ever seen and included freshly smoked salmon. The organisers have cracked it - they have put together a fabulous event.
