Had there been no stewards, I believe nobody would have gone wrong, the arrows were perhaps a little small but I would have followed them in the absence of any other direction. The stewarding was excellent up to that point where the two ladies should have directed us right. Instead they were 50m ahead of the turnoff and made no attempt to tell us we had gone wrong or stop the many more behind us. There was alot of traffic at the time so I missed the arrow sign.
