As expected with the introduction of Level 3 COVID-19 restrictions, the Bere Island 5 mile on the 17th of October 2020 has been cancelled.
"BERE ISLAND 5 MILE ROAD RACE - POSTPONED. We regret to say that the Bere Island 5 Mile Road Race scheduled for Saturday 17th October 2020 is POSTPONED in line with new Level 3 restrictions. The re-scheduled event will take place on Saturday 27th March 2021. Participants will receive instructions by e-mail on how to claim a refund OR to defer their race entry. Thank you for your support. It's very likely that the Eyeries race scheduled for November will suffer the same fate.
