I liked the new route. Has a bit of everything to keep everyone happy ! Nice gentle downhill sweep around the 5 to 6km marks. Couple of gentle climbs, but overall, its a nice route.
Perfect evening weather-wise for it, quiet country roads, and finish in town. Whats not to like.
And a fab spread of food afterwards.
