 A total of 147 runners turned out this year for the annual Millstreet 5 mile road race, up almost 6% from the 139 of 2015.

hi there millstreet road race was good you need to give out better prizes paying 15 euros getting 1 euro medal and you give out tshirts as prizes which u buy for 5 or 6 euros you need to give out 3 prizes for all ages and give out more team prizes your race is going down hill lot big names runners not coming to your race you only looking after tp 3 runners you need to give out more ser prizes like 1st 6 or so you need to have 5k race 1st 3 miles good after that its hills you could give out more sandwiches came in with my running friends after race and all sandwiches were gone

A very well organised race.First half flat with second half having plenty hills.A lovely atmosphere in the town after with plenty of water and fruit.A great spread of food in the community hall with the ladies still giving out tea and food at 10.30pm.Well done Millstreet AC.

well done millstreet on good race it was very good 3 miles good but last 2 hills other then that was good have to say sandwiches wrer gone when came in millstreet ac could do with better prizes and more ser prizes like 1st 6 or so give out 3 prizes in all vets and not tshirts give out 3 teams prize other then that it was good race nice medal could give out goodie bag paying 15 euros coud do better with prizes thanks for good night sorry but i am only giving what i think of your road race

Really enjoyed this race. Well organised and the music around the start and finish lines created a good atmosphere. I did a good time (I knew I wasn't gonna win it when I saw Tim O'Connor :-)) and hopefully will better it next year. A nice spread of sandwiches/cakes afterwards.
