The name you have mistaken for 2nd in the men's o40 isn't John Mahon it's John Malone.

finish area was a bit of a mess at times with cars driving in and out of carpark where finish area was dont know if anything can be done about it but a bit of courtesy from people in cars wouldnt go a miss i suppose

Agree with second poster, I thought it was very unfair on anyone finishing towards the back of the field, they had to weave their way through to the finish line. If you want to leave a race immediately after you finish, you really shouldn't park next to the finish line!
Other than that, I thought the race was well stewarded and well organised. Road surface around that area is deteriorating a lot though.

Road surface comments very accurate. The Monaghan road section of the race was great because you could relax and cruise with a confident fall of foot. Top of the Marina and the finishing stretch to Shandon BC is poor.
However, another well organised race and blessed with perfect conditions.

Great race, perfect conditions and was well stewarded throughout. Just to comment on the excellent video footage of the race, we don't see this too often and its great to be able to watch your run!
