Monday the 16th of May. Entry details can be found on the Cork Marathon website HERE
Please note that the numbers for the Half-Marathon were limited and entries for that event closed some time ago.
They have also announced the start times of the various races. The full Marathon and Relay event will start on Patrick's Street at 9am on Monday, the 6th of June. The Half-Marathon race will start from Mahon at 11:30am. This will mean that the Half-Marathon runners should be merging with the Marathon runners going for a 5 hour time. In that case, the bulk of the Marathon field should have passed once the Half starts. It also means that if you are doing the Half then you should be passing Marathon runners from there until the finish line. If you are doing a 4 hour plus Marathon, the Half-Marathon runners are likely to pass you before the finish line in Patricks Street.
Considering that there are loads of people getting passed anyway with the Relay runners taking part, I'm not sure if it will make any real difference?
