The next race in Cork is the Half Marathon in Blarney on Sunday, the 14th of September. Tomorrow, I'll do a preview of it.
"This race in Waterford was excellent, with fabulous weather for a change, and a nice, steady course. If it's held at this venue again next year it will be a good thing, as it drew a much larger entry than Letterkenny last year......Maggie"
"Agreed Maggie, it was very well organised. However, they have to move it around the country as it would not be fair for people up the country to travel so far every year. Considering that it will be probably be a few years before it comes this far South again, it was well worth doing considering it was on our doorstep.........John Desmond"
